During these meetings, we will thoroughly develop the design for each area, including all finish selections, custom cabinetry details, and hardware specifications. These design decisions directly inform the creation of our detailed documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the overall vision.

Following the design development phase, we will prepare comprehensive construction documentation that outlines all approved design selections. These curated schedules and drawing packages are carefully assembled to provide the contractor with all necessary information to execute the project as intended. This ensures the design is implemented accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with the overall vision.

Beginning with a questionnaire, we help you define the size, scope, budget, and character of the project, as well as our fees. We prepare a statement of scope, preliminary furniture plan and initial budget and include an organized character booklet with a portfolio of images.

After approval of statement of scope and budget, our team makes selections per room.
